Small plates and flatbreads to start, salads and sandwiches, or entrees like steak frites, grilled salmon and chicken piccata. Morning events run on cappuccino, cold brew, Kraftsmen pastries and breakfast tacos. The bar pours margaritas, old fashioneds, draught beer and wine by the glass.

Isn't this just a kids' birthday party place?

No, and that's the whole point. While kids are in supervised play, adults get a genuinely elevated bistro and bar. Companies like Chevron and DCG have come to us for family days and holiday parties because it works for the grown-ups as much as the kids.

We usually just handle our own parties in-house.

Most teams do, until they're coordinating a caterer, an entertainer, a venue and a rain plan across four vendors. Recess collapses that into one booking, with the play, the food and the bar already built in.

Can you actually handle a group our size?

Yes. The space flexes from a family of four to a 200-person buyout. Tell us your headcount and we'll walk you through exactly how the layout adapts.

What about a working lunch or all-day offsite?

The bistro runs breakfast through dinner, so a working day can start with coffee and pastries, break for flatbreads and salads, and end at the bar. Menus are built to your schedule.

What about dietary or religious requirements?

We regularly accommodate dietary needs and full halal buyouts. Mention it when you book and we'll build the menu around it.
